We absolutely loved working with Berenice Ramage and her team! From the first time we met with her we knew she was the realtor we wanted to go with. It was always so easy to reach her. If I didn't reach her right away, she always got back to me promptly. She was very professional and I felt at ease from the beginning to end knowing that we were in the right hands! She was very thoughtful and considerate and went above and beyond our expectations. We needed to sell our house quickly and once we put it on the market, it was under contract within 24 hours. Considering the houses in our community were taking longer than normal to sell, I truly believe that Berenice and her team had a huge part to play in this. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know and she will be our first call the next time we need to work with a realtor!

From start to finish - what an incredibly wonderful experience. When this team lists your home - you better be ready to move. Efficient, professional, personal and trustworthy. We put ourselves in Berenice’s hands and did what she said. We had a contract in our home quickly with her amazing team leading us through the entire process. JUST THE BEST!!

Brian, Berenice and Jessica went so far beyond our expectations in helping us find our new home.
